These terms govern your use of the LumiPrime website at lumiprime.bio and any early-access interest you submit through the site. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

What LumiPrime is

LumiPrime is a product in development for multiplex qPCR and RT-PCR panel design, including primer and probe design workflows. The public site is an information and interest-capture page. Early access is invitation-based and may change as the product develops.

Interest form

If you submit the interest form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share a work email and organisation name. Submitting the form does not create a contract for paid services, a guaranteed beta seat, or a timeline for access.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or reverse engineer the site.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content through the form.
• Do not use automated tools to flood submissions.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and product naming are owned by LumiPrime or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

No warranties

The site and any information on it are provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or fitness for a particular laboratory purpose. Design outputs described on the site refer to product intent and may evolve before release.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumiPrime is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on information published here.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
