Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data LumiPrime collects through lumiprime.bio, why we collect it, and how we handle it. It applies to the public website and the early-access interest form.
Data we collect
When you submit the interest form, we collect:
- Work email address
- Organisation name
- Optional panel description you choose to share
- Technical metadata such as submission time, IP address, and browser user agent
We also classify the email domain for triage (for example academic, commercial, consumer, or disposable). Classification is for internal routing. It does not block your submission.
Why we use it
- To respond to early-access interest and start a conversation
- To understand which organisations and panel ideas are requesting access
- To protect the form from abuse (honeypot, rate limits, basic fraud signals)
- To keep an append-only backup of submissions for operational continuity
How we store and share it
Submissions are stored in a server-side log and may be emailed to the LumiPrime team through our hosting email provider. We do not sell your personal data. Service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting and email delivery) may process it only to operate the site and deliver notifications.
Retention
We keep interest-form data for as long as needed to run the beta programme and related product outreach, unless a longer retention period is required by law or you ask us to delete it where applicable.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To make a request, contact us through the request access form and state that it is a privacy request.
Cookies and analytics
The site is designed to operate without third-party advertising cookies. Essential hosting and security functions may still process technical request data.
International transfers
If our hosting or email providers process data outside your country, they do so under their applicable terms and safeguards. By using the site, you understand that processing may occur on servers operated by those providers.
Children
The site is intended for professionals and researchers. It is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product and infrastructure evolve. The updated date at the top of this page will change when we do.
